Purpose-built for Citation operations.
Our corporate hangar complex on the west side of St. Louis Downtown Airport was designed around a simple question: what would we want for our own aircraft? The result is a secure, thoughtfully equipped base for owners, passengers, and crews. A limited number of hangar positions are currently available.
Private access, from the street to the aircraft.
A private garage entrance allows owners to drive directly into the building and park securely indoors, just steps from the aircraft. It provides a quieter, more private arrival experience without passing through a terminal or leaving your vehicle exposed outside.
- Direct access to the adjoining aircraft apron
- Flight operations center for crew coordination and trip planning
- Preferred cabin provisions arranged before arrival
- Interior and exterior detailing available

Minutes from downtown. A practical Illinois base.
KCPS sits just across the Mississippi River from the Gateway Arch, making it one of the closest business-aviation airports to downtown St. Louis. Illinois does not impose an annual personal property tax on aircraft, which can be meaningful for owners comparing St. Louis–area basing options. Sales and use taxes, registration requirements, and ownership-structure considerations still apply, so owners should review their individual circumstances with a qualified tax advisor.
Prefer the west side of the region? Gateway Jets also operates at Spirit of St. Louis Airport (KSUS) in Chesterfield and supports aircraft based there.

Hangar space is offered with or without aircraft management. Rates are provided by inquiry based on the aircraft's size, requirements, and intended use. We typically respond within one business day.
